Service Description

The Greeks believe that breathing in fresh sea air not only boosts the immune system, but reduces inflammation in the body as well as improving respiratory function and promoting deeper relaxation. There's a reason why being near the water is so calming, relaxing and refreshing for our bodies and minds! I'd love for you to join me for a morning at Hillhead Beach where we'll roll out our mats and practice some Yoga breathing in the fresh sea air with all the wonderful benefits the Greeks haven proven there are. There will then be an *OPTIONAL* sea swim (I'll be going in!) to enjoy the incredible benefits of cold water swimming, finishing our morning sipping herbal teas munching on homemade flapjacks watching the waves roll in. A beautiful way to start a Summer Sunday! **PLEASE NOTE** Swimming in the sea is *OPTIONAL* - you could sit on your mat with a cuppa and relax, watching the rest of us paddle in the water! Swimming in the sea is at your own risk. What's Included: 1hr Yoga Class on the Beach **OPTIONAL** Sea Swim Herbal Teas Homemade Flapjacks You Will Need To Bring: Swimsuit (I'd recommend wearing this under your Yoga clothes) Towel if you're taking a dip! Shoes you can wear in the sea - the beach is stony & sandy - walking into the water can feel a bit spikey on your feet without shoes on! Yoga Mat that you don't mind taking on the beach Water Bottle Flask of hot water (I will provide the herbal teas & flapjacks!)
