Our Wednesday Morning Yoga class is the perfect way to start your day, especially midweek. If you often feel the "midweek slump" or if you feel like you would really benefit from some calmer, less rushed moments - this is the perfect class for you. Our hour together on a Wednesday morning will leave you feeling calmer, refreshed and energised for the rest of your day and week.

 

If the last few years have shown us anything, it's that our health shouldn't be taken for granted. That includes your mental health. Yoga isn't about headstands and who can touch their toes! It's a practice to connect your body and mind. Yoga Calm will help energise and uplift you when you need that kick up the butt. It'll help you unwind and relax when you need it most. I'll hold a safe, supportive space for you throughout so you always feel comfortable with a lovely community of Yogis.
