Set in the beautiful grounds at the New Forest, our " Fall in the Forest" Yoga Retreat will be full of all the things us Yogis love the most - Yoga, calming breathwork, meditation, journaling, a guided walk in nature, extended Restorative Yoga and Yoga Nidra, and of course warming hot drinks to keep us cosy with delicious, nourishing food. Autumn is the season of reflection and slowing down. " Fall in the Forest" is the perfect opportunity for you to do just that.
