An evening to gently ease yourself into the New Year of 2026 with deeply relaxing Restorative Yoga with optional shoulder & neck or scalp massage, finishing with a Sacred Circle to set intentions for the year ahead sharing herbal teas and homemade treats. Forget "New Year's Resolutions" - setting intentions are a gentler approach to guiding your year with purpose and light.
