PRENATAL CLASSES

CLASSES CURRENTLY ON PAUSE

WHILST I'M ON MATERNITY LEAVE

When pregnant with my little girl, I attended weekly Pregnancy Yoga classes and had my own Hypnobirthing practice at home. Both of these gave me such special moments to connect and bond with my baby, as well as giving me much needed time to rest and relax - after all our bodies are doing such hard work whilst we're growing our babies that we need to have some time to unwind and truly rest. I felt a real calling after having my little girl to share everything I'd learnt in my Pregnancy Yoga and Hypnobirthing practice with other Mamas to be and so decided to study on maternity leave for my Pre & Postnatal Yoga Training and Hypnobirthing Instructor training. This class is so close to my heart as I share with you how we can find relief from pregnant body niggles, quiet meditations to connect to your baby and calming hypnobirthing relaxation in the lead up to birth to leave you feeling empowered, calm and ready to meet your baby.
